Get your Supervised ART Test done over Video call with MDIMC

You can get your Supervised Antigen Rapid Test (ART) done from the Comfort of Your Home at your convenience. You will receive your validated ART results vis email.

You do not need to to make a trip down to the clinic to get the ART test. Save your time and hassle, you simply need to make an appointment with our staff and prepare what you need for the ART test, done over a video call. The virtually Supervised Antigen Rapid Test is approved by the Ministry of Health for :

  • Pre-departure testing with notarised travel certificate* (Please ensure that your destination country accepts virtually Supervised Antigen Rapid Test results, and that your testing window is within the pre-departure testing requirements.)
  • Pre-event testing and
  • To prove your health status

Procedure for your Supervised ART

1. Verification of Antigen Rapid Test Kit and your identity

Show 2 unopened Antigen Rapid Test kits to the swab supervisor, while ensuring that the ART batch / LOT number can be seen clearly.

2. Take the Antigen Rapid Test

Please follow the instructions of the swab supervisor while taking the test, and ensure that your ART kit is always visible on camera. You will be required to wait 15 minutes for the results.

3. Present your Antigen Rapid Test results to the swab supervisor

If your results are invalid, you will be required to re-do the self-swab with a new ART kit.


Preparations for Supervised ART

  1. Book an appointment for your supervised Antigen Rapid Test service.
  2. Prepare 2 unopened Antigen Rapid Test kits and ensure that both the Antigen Rapid Test kits are HSA approved. Do not open your Antigen Rapid Test kits until you are instructed to do so.  
  3. Have your Passport or IC ready prior to the start of the video call. For travellers doing their pre-departure test, please have your passport and travel itinerary ready prior to the start of the video call.
  4. Complete the health declaration form (Patient Risk Profile Portal form) prior to the video call. The form will be sent to you via SMS before the video call.


No refunds are allowed after booking of the Supervised Antigen Rapid Test. Cancellation must be done 3 hours before the Supervised Antigen Rapid Test appointment. To cancel a Supervised ART appointment, please contact MDIMC at Tel:6694 1661 or Email: contact@mdimc.sg

Part of the National Influenza Sentinel Surveillance programme with MOH. If you have a fever of > 38 degrees with a cough, our clinic is able to test for COVID-19. For children below 12 years old with clinical diagnosis of HFMD (eg fever, oral ulcers, rash), our clinic can test for Hand Foot & Mouth Disease (The tests are for surveillance purposes only).
